We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Analyst with strong business-analysis skills and hands-on experience in Pega BPM/CRM projects. The role is based in Telford, UK, with hybrid working requiring two days per week onsite. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects and development teams to deliver digital-transformation solutions. Key skills: • Business requirements gathering and analysis • Pega Platform and BPM experience • User-story creation and backlog management • Process mapping and gap analysis • Agile and Scrum methodologies • Stakeholder management • UAT support and functional validation • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred: • Pega Business Architect certification • Experience in banking, financial services, insurance or UK public-sector projects • Knowledge of Pega Customer Service or Constellation
