Twelve-month onsite contract for a Pega Lead System Architect specializing in Pega Smart Investigate, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15262. Candidates must have 10+ years of Pega experience and mandatory Certified Pega Lead System Architect certification. Lead the architecture, design and delivery of Pega Smart Investigate and Smart Disputes solutions for banking clients; customize Smart Investigation for Securities with regulatory and compliance alignment; govern end-to-end solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance and security; and apply LSA guardrails, best practices and enterprise standards. Required experience includes banking dispute, fraud and investigation lifecycles; SWIFT messaging and transaction flows; REST and SOAP APIs; Queue Processors, services, connectors and asynchronous processing; and use of AI delivery capabilities. Collaborate with business, compliance and integration teams and own performance, scalability, resiliency and security requirements. Video interview.
