Seeking a detail-oriented Pega Quality Engineering Tester to test and validate Pega applications, including workflows, case management, integrations and backend processing. Requires 3+ years of QA testing experience with Pega applications and mandatory healthcare-domain knowledge covering claims processing, member eligibility, enrollment and benefits, authorization workflows, appeals and grievances. Responsibilities include end-to-end validation across Pega UI, APIs and backend systems; regression testing, UAT and production validation; case lifecycle, assignment and routing validation; database and downstream data validation; testing business rules, decision tables and data transforms; monitoring queue processors, jobs and background processes; analyzing logs and troubleshooting defects; and collaborating with QA, development and business teams. Required experience includes REST API testing with Postman, strong SQL, Python automation or scripting, Jira, Pega integrations, Agile/Scrum and independent work. Pega testing tools or certification, TOSCA, Playwright and UI/API automation frameworks are advantageous.
